- To provide the best service to all of our customers, we ask that all orders be finalized one week prior to the event start time. We will do our best to accommodate late requests, and cannot guarantee orders requested within 48 hours of the event start time. In the event that a request comes through within 48hours of the event start time, the catering team will work closely with you and our Chef to accommodate the request the best we can. Orders received within 48 hours of event start time will incur late processing fees where applicable.
- China Service is complimentary with catered events in the Paul Berg Conference Center. Disposable, Biodegradable plates, utensils and cups are available upon request and complimentary.
- Staffing needs are determined on a case by case basis by the Event Manager and will be charged at the rate of $40/hr with a six hour minimum for all service required events. All Catering contracts will include a 16% service fee.
- Client is responsible for providing final guest count at least (3) business days before the event.
- Catering charges will include menus costs plus associated fees but not limited to service charge, linens and table decorations.
- No outside food or beverage is allowed on the premises.
